Job Description:


As a First Impression Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive customer relationships will be a major factor in your continued growth and development in this role.


Responsibilities may include:


Answer incoming customer inquiries via our CRM system; this may include platforms such as phone, email, Facebook, Yelp and our website - CRMS USED: HIGHLEVEL, SERVICETITAN

Provide detailed information about our fencing products and services

Schedule appointments for consultations and installations

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

Understand and communicate our Cool Cat Process

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded

Assist in preparing preliminary quotes using our CRM software

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with our clients by ensuring world class service from the first interaction with the customer to the completion of their project

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a construction or home improvement industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Time Management / Multitasking ability

Bilingual abilities are a plus
