Position Overview:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and a talent for building relationships? We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team where your contributions make a real impact.
As a Junior BDR, you’ll play a key role in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities. You'll connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and introduce tailored IT consulting and staff augmentation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with companies in need of IT Staff Augmentation, Software Development, and Digital Transformation services.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools to track outreach and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to add value and expand service offerings.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT solutions or a related industry, targeting the U.S. market.
- A proven track record in outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Spanish proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Must be located in the LATAM region.
- A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
- Experience in IT staff augmentation, IT consulting, business consulting, or related fields, particularly within the U.S. market.
