We’re growing fast—from creative ideas to physical products shipped worldwide—and we’re looking for someone to join our customer experience team!
👩 What You'll Do
●Reply to customer messages (mostly via email, in English)
●Track shipping and fulfillment status
●Help with returns, refunds & post-sale issues
●Coordinate with our remote logistics & product team
●Share ideas to make our customer experience better
✅ You’re a great fit if you:
✔ Live in Costa Rica with a stable internet connection
✔ Speak & write English fluently (B2 level or higher)
✔ Have 1+ year of customer support experience (eCommerce is a plus)
✔ Are detail-oriented, self-driven, and great at writing
✔ Can work independently in a remote environment
💡 Bonus points if you:
✨ Know tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or Etsy
✨ Have experience with DTC or POD (Print-on-Demand) brands
