This role focuses on providing high-quality support to patients and assisting with day-to-day office coordination for a U.S.-based practice. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone in English, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following New York business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Provide general information to patients regarding services.
- Place outgoing calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments.
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and benefits for medical equipment.
- Record and update patient information accurately in internal systems.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
