Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-quality prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the design and execution of strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Process Development: Help establish and refine internal sales processes that improve efficiency and results.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Client Engagement: Educate potential clients on service offerings and build strong relationships through consultative selling.
- Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain regular contact with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closure: Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Negotiation: Support contract negotiations to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Expansion Opportunities: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales, particularly in IT solutions, staff augmentation, or consulting services.
- Prospecting Skills: Strong outbound experience using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Languages: Advanced English (C1/C2) is required; Spanish proficiency (B2+) is a plus.
- Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT consulting, staffing models, and solution-based selling.
- Location: Based in LATAM region.
