📍 Position Details

• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Latin America candidates only)
• Employment Type: Full-Time / We're seeking someone who can cover afternoons and also weekends.
• Compensation: $6–$8 USD/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses ($100–$1,000+ USD)

Campbell Health Center is a rapidly growing medical clinic based in Houston, Texas, specializing in regenerative medicine and non-surgical treatments for chronic pain.

We're looking for a high-performing Remote Call Center Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients while achieving ambitious goals.

💼 What You'll Do

• Answer inbound and outbound patient calls
• Respond to patient text messages through our CRM
• Schedule appointments using structured scripts
• Handle reschedules, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Route requests to the appropriate department
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals

Required

• Near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Clear, confident, and professional communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately
• Self-discipline and accountability while working remotely
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice to Have

• Previous call center experience
• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies

💻 Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup internet connection and backup power source
• A fast computer capable of handling multiple browser tabs and demanding software simultaneously
• Basic experience using CRM systems, VoIP, Google Sheets, and Slack
